Internationals Network For Public Schools

Partnering Organization

International High School At Lafayette is one of 28 schools and academies nationwide supported by our organizational founder Internationals Network for Public Schools.  Through this network of schools, Internationals Network is able to support recent immigrant students by giving them access to education that prepares them for college, career, and the ability to participate in our democratic society.  They also help to expand our teachers skills in order to better develop our students.

International High School At Lafayette's partnership with iMentor provides our students with additional personal support and tools for success in high school, college, and beyond.  iMentor matches each student in the 11th grade with their own mentor.  This mentor works with their assigned mentee for at least three years - starting in the 11th grade.  This continuing relationship empowers the student to achieve their goals.

College Now - Kingsborough Community College Partnering Organization

International High School at Lafayette's partnership with Kingsborough Community College's College Now program helps our students to cope with the changes that happen during the transition from high school to college.  Starting in 10th grade, students can earn freshmen-level college credit, at no cost, in courses like psychology, humanities, and statistics.  College preparatory courses in English, reading/writing, and mathematics are also available.
